I like the size of the wrap and can apply it easily to sore spots. It works really well. I had a sore knee from too much gardening and used the wrap and the pain was gone. Normally that would be a few days of soreness.
When I opened the box upon delivery I was confused about all of the different plugs. I'm not sure what thet are for but figured out which one to use. Also, took me a bit to find the on switch as it is all black.
The quality of the device seems very good. It is well made and not flimsy.

This is my second infraredi device . I originally bought the joint wrap , have been using it on my knee and also on my upper arm . Definitely feel it has decreased the pain - arthritis in my knee , strained meniscus in my upper arm . I bought the body wrap to use on my neck and for my husband to use on his back . We are both mid seventies, play pickleball 4-6 times a week as well as bike !

Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
